Hey Parents / Carers

Is your child or teenager struggling with their learning?
Do you suspect they may have specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia or dyscalculia?
Or are there other reasons they may be finding school tricky?

Understanding your child’s unique cognitive profile is crucial for unlocking their potential and helping them succeed. This comprehensive cognitive assessment service in Droitwich, is delivered by me, Clinical Psychologist Dr Rose Papadopoullos. I bring years of specialised training and experience in child development, mental health and psychological assessment. I also specialise in working with neurodiversity, SEND and early developmental trauma.

precise and detailed diagnoses

My full cognitive assessments are in-depth and go beyond basic screening tools to ensure families come away with a deep and accurate understanding of your child’s strengths and challenges. These assessments ensure that every aspect of your child’s cognitive functioning can be thoroughly examined and understood, providing precise diagnoses where relevant, and tailored recommendations for home and education, including evidence towards EHC Plans, Needs Assessments or at SEND Appeal Tribunals.

detailed report and feedback session

You will receive a detailed report and face to face feedback session, usually within 2 weeks. I will highlight specific areas where your child needs support, along with practical strategies to help them thrive academically and emotionally. Families and schools often say that these reports provide an important step in ensuring that children and students receive the care and support they need to feel better and succeed. Reports can be used as evidence towards Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), EHC Needs Assessments, and as Expert Witness evidence at SEND Appeals and Tribunals.
